Loughborough Chinese School
Want to learn Mandarin? Know more about Chinese Culture? Learn Chinese Calligraphy? Join the loughborough Chinese School based at Holywell Primary School. Classes run each Saturday during term time from 2pm - 4pm, £3.00 per week, which must be paid a term in advance.

The purpose of the Library Event is to enable holiday activity providers to be all in one place for parents to book their children onto activities for the summer holidays and for providers to answer any questions parent's may have.
We hold a Library Event at Loughborough Library every year and is very successful. We will update the website nearer the time of the event.

The library event is a great way of bringing our community together and sharing information.

CHILDRENS ACTIVITIES:

DANCE CLUBS:
We are running Dance Clubs (lunch times & after school) in several of our Schools in Loughborough including Primary and High Schools. This will work towards an end of term Dance Show which is being held at Woodbrook Vale High School on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd July 2010.

For our older children in the High Schools we have purchased some DJ equipment for a real DJ to run After School and Lunch Time clubs. For more information please contact Rachel or Hannah on 01509 554404.
Community Sports Coaches - Through Charwood Borough Council:
Roy Porter & Scott Telfer are both qualified sports coached and will be providing Breakfast Clubs and After School clubs for a variety of schools in Loughborough, for various age groups. This is to help the children get active and motivated for the school day, and help to keep them fit with exercise and a variety of activities. Music Workshops
We are currently running music workshp in a variety of schools in loughborough and providing children with the opportunity to partake in learning a musical instrument. HEALTH CLUBS:
We are also working with our local School Nurses and Health Visiting teams and other organisations to promote facilities and activities for children and families.

Wednesday 19th May 2010, 4.15pm - 5.30pm at Garendon High School, Thorpe Hill, Loughborough.
